What can we tell you about the TIN STAR INN? We have eight (8) cozy rooms for our guests. Each room has a queen bed, full bath with tub and shower, microwave oven, small refrigerator, TV, VCR (of course TV reception stinks and we rent videos at the Tin Star Trading Post, we're Cowboys not dummies), 2 rooms have an additional bunk bed, 2 rooms have an addtional twin bed, the others are equiped with rollaways and can accommodate up to a maximum of four (4) persons per room. All you need to do is step out on the porch and enjoy one of the best, unobstructed views in Greer!

Now, keep in mind it's just Ma, the kids and me runnin' this outfit so don't be expectin' us to be makin' your bed and cleanin' up after you every day. We'll exchange your towels when you need to and clean and change your linens once a week if you're stayin' with us awhile.

Room Rental Rates and Policies

All rooms are $59.00 per night for two (2) people,for two or more nights, with an additional $10.00 per night per additional adult and $5.00 per night per additional child (13 and under). Four person per room maximum. There is a minimum three night stay required over holidays. If your just needin' to stay for one night the rate is $79.00 for two persons.

We have a no refund policy. All reservations must be secured by payment via credit card (Visa, M/C, AMEX or Discover) for the full extent of your stay. If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation, you must call at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival. Upon acceptable cancellation of your reservation, you will be afforded the opportunity to use those days at another date within the next 6 month period (excluding holidays), depending upon availability. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will result in the total forfeiture of your funds. Once you check in, you are obligated for the full extent of your reservation.

No daily maid service. No room phones. No satellite T/V. No police helicopters overhead all hours of the night. No smog. No 100 degree temps.

The Tin Star Inn is a non-smoking, no pet establishment. If you choose to violate this policy, or cause any damage during your stay, a minimum $250.00 cleaning/repair charge will be assessed to your credit card.
